Refund Policy, Integrity Mobile Detailing

Overview

At Integrity Mobile Detailing, we take pride in the quality of our work. Because we provide a hands-on service rather than a physical product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

Completed Services

We do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will make it right, either by addressing the specific concern with a complimentary redo or another resolution we both agree on.

We are not able to guarantee results for vehicles with pre-existing conditions such as heavy staining, oxidized paint, deep scratches, or other damage present before service begins. These limitations will be communicated prior to or during your appointment.

Upfront Payments, Cancellations Before Service

If you paid upfront at the time of online booking and need to cancel:

  • Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: Refund issued minus a cancellation fee of $30.

  • No-show (vehicle inaccessible or customer unavailable at appointment time): No refund issued. The full service amount is retained.

Partial Refunds

In situations where a service could not be fully completed due to circumstances outside the customer's control (e.g., unexpected weather forcing us to stop mid-service), we will issue a partial refund proportional to the work not completed.

How to Request a Refund or Resolution

Please include your name, appointment date, and a brief description of your concern. We respond to all inquiries within [1–2] business days.

Payment Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider, typically 5–10 business days.
