Terms of Service, Integrity Mobile Detailing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Integrity Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), whether online or by phone/text, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not book or use our services.

2. Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services at a location of your choosing (home, workplace, or other agreed-upon address) in the San Jose, California area. The specific services and pricing applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and access to the service location. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked through our website at integritymdca.com or by contacting us directly via phone or text. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Integrity Mobile Detailing.

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that adequate space is available at the service location. If we are unable to access the vehicle or the location is unsuitable upon arrival, your appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).

4. Pricing & Payment

Online Bookings: Payment is collected at the time of booking. Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking.

Phone/Text Bookings: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. We ask for the following notice:

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no penalty.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 40% may be charged.

  • No-shows (failure to be present or make the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time): The full service amount may be charged.

For online bookings paid upfront, cancellation fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

6. Satisfaction & Redo Policy

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the results. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within [24/48] hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern, which may include a complimentary redo of the specific area in question.

We do not guarantee results for vehicles with heavily soiled interiors, oxidized paint, deep scratches, stains, or other pre-existing conditions that may limit the effectiveness of our services. We will communicate any such limitations before or during your appointment.

7. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

Before service begins, our team may note any visible pre-existing damage to your vehicle (scratches, dents, stains, etc.). By proceeding with the appointment, you acknowledge these pre-existing conditions.

Integrity Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on the vehicle

  • Damage resulting from faulty or aftermarket parts, modifications, or accessories

  • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle

  • Results limited by the condition of the vehicle prior to service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location information at the time of booking

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and the service area is safe and reasonably clear

  • Remove personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service

  • Be available or reachable during the appointment for any questions or concerns

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at [YOUR EMAIL OR PHONE]. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Santa Clara County, California before pursuing any legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at integritymdca.com/terms-of-service with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
